AT&T Fights $156M Jury Award In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (October 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- AT&T Corp. challenged a Texas jury's decision to award plaintiff TGIP Inc. $156 million in damages after finding AT&T liable for willfully infringing two patents relating to activating telephone calling cards.
