Womble Carlyle Failed To Shield US Home Docs: Judge

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- A federal judge told U.S. Home Corp. on Monday that it cannot claw back from a property investor documents in a $134 million Maryland land dispute, citing inadequate efforts by its counsel Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC to secure the builder's attorney-client privilege.
