Judge Boots Antitrust Suit Over W.Va. Building Contract

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 9:07 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Monday dismissed Mountain State Mechanical Insulation Inc.'s suit alleging bid-rigging on a subcontract for construction of a federal building, saying Mountain State failed to show that the defendant contractors controlled the local construction market.
