Ritz Landlords Cry Foul Over Speedy Bidding Process

Law360, Wilmington (July 23, 2012, 11:02 PM EDT) -- Groups of landlords and property managers lodged six separate objections Monday opposing the bidding procedures proposed by bankrupt Ritz Camera & Image LLC, claiming the accelerated schedule provides little time to properly assess potential purchasers.

The objections come in advance of a July 30 hearing on RCI's motion to approve bidding procedures and related motions as the troubled company attempts to shed stores in order to make itself attractive as a going concern.
