Bloomberg's Sugary Drink Ban Will Trigger Suits

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 9:17 PM EDT) -- New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg's proposed ban on large, sugary drinks, if implemented, will draw a court challenge from beverage makers who say its "arbitrary and capricious" nature makes it illegal, a New York City lawmaker said on Tuesday.
