FDA Must Comply With FOIA Request In Email Spying Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 10:53 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to turn over documents requested by FDA scientists who claim the agency secretly monitored their private emails after they reported approvals of what they believed were unsafe medical devices.
