No Expert Testimony Needed For Warranty Claim: NJ Court

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 7:37 PM EDT) -- Clarifying standards for establishing breach of an express warranty, a New Jersey appeals court ruled Tuesday that a woman suing Jaguar Rover North America LLC over a car with severe engine damage didn't necessarily have to present expert testimony to support that claim.
