3rd Circ. Gives Nationwide Win In Title Insurance Fight

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Nationwide Life Insurance Co. notched a win Tuesday as the Third Circuit ruled that a clause in a title policy it held on a Philadelphia mall property didn't clearly preclude coverage for loss arising from restrictions on the land's sale, according to an opinion published Tuesday.
