Coach Takes $46M Judgment In Counterfeit Merchandise Suit

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 6:57 PM EDT) -- Coach Inc. on Tuesday was awarded a total of $46 million against a trio of alleged counterfeit sellers that a New York federal judge found operated a merchandise operation through which they sold handbags and other products unlawfully bearing Coach's trademarks.
