DOJ Aims To Keep Helper In Failed Gabon Sting Out Of Prison

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors asked a Washington federal court Monday to keep admitted briber Richard Bistrong out of prison because of the assistance he provided to the government in its massive and ultimately unsuccessful operation against military industry executives accused of bribing Gabonese officials.
