Target's Tool Kit Nails Subject To Chinese Duties, CIT Says

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Steel nails included in tool kits sold by Target Corp. are still subject to the same duties owed on any other nail imported from China, the U.S. Court of International Trade confirmed Wednesday, months after the U.S. Department of Commerce attempted to argue otherwise.
