Now A Fracking Opponent, NY Could Soon Be Defending It

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 7:30 PM EDT) -- New York state, which is suing to force the federal government to assess the environmental impact of high-volume hydraulic fracturing on a swath of the eastern U.S., could soon find itself defending against similar suits when a state-level gas drilling plan is published, experts said Thursday.
