Graham & Dunn Aided $12M Securities Fraud, Suits Claim

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 3:40 PM EDT) -- Seattle law firm Graham & Dunn PC on Tuesday was hit with more than a dozen suits in Washington state court alleging it helped a client company solicit $12 million through fraudulent securities deals for real estate investments that later sparked criminal charges.
