BDO Seidman Presses For Delay In $55M Insurance Suit

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 8:55 PM EDT) -- Professional services company BDO Seidman LLP on Thursday told a New York state court that Lloyd's of London and other insurers' claim that they aren't liable for a $55 million punitive damages award is premature, saying they should wait for the results of an appeal.
