Texas Court Throws Out Royalty Judgment Against El Paso

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 10:08 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday overturned an alleged mineral owner’s judgment against an El Paso Corp. unit, finding it was unclear whether or not the man actually held any interest in oil and gas beneath lands in South Texas.
