Microsoft Tells 3rd Circ. Kinect, Kinbox Marks Don't Overlap

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. contended Friday that there was no evidence consumers would confuse its Kinect gaming system with Kinbook LLC's Facebook photo-sharing app Kinbox, urging the Third Circuit to affirm dismissal of the trademark infringement suit.
