Potato Cos. Lose Early Exit Bids In Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 1:22 PM EDT) -- An Idaho federal judge on Friday said three potato producers and a potato distributor could not be released from multidistrict litigation accusing them of colluding to fix prices, finding the complaint had sufficiently argued that the companies engaged in the alleged conspiracy.
