Jury Fingers Garden, Thomas For Harassment

Law360, New York (October 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After a salacious three-week-long trial, a federal jury decided Tuesday that Madison Square Garden LP and its chairman must pay $11.6 million in damages for sexually harassing and retaliating against a former team executive.

The jury said New York Knicks coach and basketball legend Isiah Thomas shouldn't have to pay damages even though he subjected Anucha Browne Sanders to unwanted advances.
