Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 8:33 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt high-end fashion retailer Connaught Group Ltd. can now begin soliciting votes for its Chapter 11 plan after a New York bankruptcy judge on Monday approved an amended disclosure statement and set a date for a plan confirmation hearing.
