DuPont Loses Latest Bid To End Monsanto Seed Patent Row

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 2:17 PM EDT) -- DuPont Co. on Monday lost its latest bid to kill Monsanto Co.'s allegations that DuPont infringed a seed patent, after a Missouri federal judge said Monsanto had in fact included an enzyme at the center of the litigation in its patent application.
