Law360, Los Angeles (July 30, 2012, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A California state judge on Monday tentatively refused to toss Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP's breach of contract lawsuit accusing a client of skipping out on a $1.5 million legal tab related to a high-stakes trade secrets suit, saying the suit wasn't time-barred.
