5th Circ. Boots Construction Worker's Award In Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 7:33 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday tossed a $300,000 court award for a straight construction worker who accused a Louisiana company of sexual harassment because he was teased with gay epithets, but it did not reach a decision on whether a claim exists under Title VII for similar acts.
