Gabon FCPA Informant Gets 18 Months In Prison

Law360, Washington (July 31, 2012, 4:42 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Tuesday sentenced a key government informant in a failed foreign government bribery sting to 18 months in prison for his own criminal behavior, rejecting the defense's and government's pleas for a probation-only punishment.
