FERC To Revisit Edison Contract Dispute

Law360 (October 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit sided with Edison that although the utility did not deliver its invoice for services provided to Corona on time, the commission could not reject the invoice based solely on the delay.

The appeals court remanded the case to FERC after determining that the commission had failed to apply California law in reading the agreement as required by the contract.
