Haviland Leaves Suit With Sour Note For Berman

Law360 (October 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Haviland Law Firm LLC on Tuesday gave up the fight to serve as co-lead counsel in the ongoing multidistrict litigation over price-fixing of average wholesale drugs, but not without first expressing a few choice words against what it called “the baseless allegations” of the class counsel.
