Grassley Calls For More Probes Of FDA Whistleblower 'Spying'

Law360, Chicago (July 31, 2012, 4:36 PM EDT) -- Sen. Chuck Grassley released letters Monday asking the U.S. Office of Special Counsel and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Inspector General to investigate the legality of what he called the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's "retaliatory spying" on whistleblowers who voiced concerns about medical device approvals.
