Greenberg Atty Hired At NJ Turnpike After Failed High Court Bid

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 7:53 PM EDT) -- A Greenberg Traurig LLP attorney and recently rejected nominee for the New Jersey Supreme Court was approved Tuesday for a new post — general counsel of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

Bruce Harris followed a similar path as Philip H. Kwon, another of Republican Gov. Chris Christie's nominees to the court who couldn't clear the Senate Judiciary Committee. Kwon since has joined the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as first deputy general counsel.
