Britannica Seeks Sanctions In Dickstein Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 8:16 PM EDT) -- Encyclopedia Britannica Inc. on Tuesday urged a Washington federal court to sanction Dickstein Shapiro LLP in a $250 million malpractice suit over the firm's allegedly botched application for patents, contending the firm was trying to mislead the court about statements it made regarding the patent process.
