Winn-Dixie Sued Over Employee Data Breach

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 1:00 PM EDT) -- A Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. employee lodged a putative class action in Florida federal court on Monday, alleging the company and an employee purchasing plan inadequately protected personal data and failed to notify victims of a data breach in a timely manner.
