Greenberg Traurig Wins Firm's Ouster From $1M Fee Row

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 5:01 PM EDT) -- ACT Litigation Services Inc.’s law firm is disqualified from a dispute with Greenberg Traurig LLP over $1.2 million in unpaid legal fees from a defunct television maker because the firm breached a contract by using confidential court documents to make its case, a California state appeals court ruled Tuesday.
