CARB To Study Whether Cap-And-Trade Could Make Cos. Flee

Law360, San Diego (August 1, 2012, 11:09 PM EDT) -- The California Air Resources Board on Monday revealed plans to study whether cap-and-trade regulations and other factors could drive companies facing new energy costs to flee the state — and depending on its findings, more free greenhouse gas credits to keep certain firms in California may be a possibility.
