Ex-Grant Thornton Partners File $13M Contract Suit

Law360, Chicago (August 1, 2012, 7:22 PM EDT) -- Two partners of Grant Thornton International Ltd.'s former Hong Kong unit sued the auditing firm and several executives in Illinois state court Wednesday for $12.5 million, alleging they violated contracts by banishing the Hong Kong entity from the firm's global network and transferring the Chinese platform it set up.
