9th Circ. Snubs Ex-Maxim Exec Seeking New Appeal In Scam

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 10:58 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday denied a petition from Maxim Integrated Products Inc.'s former chief financial officer asking the court to rehear his appeal of a judgment finding him liable for his role in a massive options backdating scheme at the semiconductor company.
