BP Urged To Be Fair To Fla. On Deepwater Claim Payments

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 8:57 PM EDT) -- Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi voiced concerns about the exclusion of Florida from BP PLC's $7.8 billion class action settlement over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and offered suggestions to improve the separate claims process for Floridians, according to a letter made public Wednesday.
