Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 9:39 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday sentenced three men to prison for their roles in selling fake insurance policies to nursing homes, condominiums and the tour boat company that operated the Ethan Allen, which capsized in a New York lake in 2005, killing 20 people.
