Wyndham Says FTC Privacy Suit Doesn't Belong in Ariz.

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 8:00 PM EDT) -- Wyndham Worldwide Corp. on Thursday asked the Federal Trade Commission to relocate an Arizona suit that claims millions of dollars were lost to fraud because the hotel chain didn't adequately secure guests' personal information, saying the case belongs in New Jersey or Washington, D.C.
