Robert Ramnarine, an assistant treasurer for capital markets at the pharmaceutical giant, allegedly bought stock options in three BMS acquisition targets — ZymoGenetics Inc., Pharmasset Inc. and Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc. — based on private information he learned through his job, according to U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman.
