Aredia, Zometa MDL Judge Moves To Speed Up Cases

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 7:21 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee magistrate judge kicked off a discovery overhaul Friday in multidistrict litigation against Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp. over injuries allegedly caused by bone drugs Aredia and Zometa, days after the court revamped a bellwether system to speed up the litigation.
