Texas Agency Watchdog Urges Houston Port Authority Reform

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 10:41 PM EDT) -- A state commission that evaluates the performance and continuing need for government agencies on Friday said the Houston Port Authority, the operator of one of the largest ports in the U.S., needs widespread change to restore public confidence.
