RE Owners Seek Retrial In Pepper Hamilton Malpractice Case

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 6:10 PM EDT) -- A couple seeking an $8 million judgment against Pepper Hamilton LLP for allegedly providing misleading advice on a real estate transaction asked a Pennsylvania appeals court Tuesday for a new trial, claiming that attorneys for the law firm unfairly prejudiced the jury.
