Texas Judge Seeks Citizenship Docs In Marathon Contract Suit

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal court judge Friday ordered Marathon Oil Corp., the defendant in a breach of contract suit over a gas field in Equatorial Guinea, to produce documents establishing the location of two affiliates before ruling on a motion by plaintiff Moreno Energy Inc. to remand the case to state court.
