Insurer Seeks Judgment In Settlement Spat Over $4M

Law360, New York (October 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Harco National Insurance Company has asked a Manhattan court for summary judgment in a bid to recover $4 million from two other insurers in a suit centering on an $11 million payment, which went to settle the claims of a woman who was severely injured in a truck crash.
