Texas Court Boots Democratic Justice From DeLay Appeal

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 8:27 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Friday granted a motion by former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay to recuse from his appeal one of the Democratic justices whom DeLay claimed had made biased remarks against his Republican Party in a speech for an audience of Democrats.
