Sierra Club Loses Bid To Stop Keystone Pipeline Construction

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 3:08 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Sunday denied a motion by Sierra Club Inc. and other groups for a preliminary injunction halting construction of part of TransCanada Corp.'s contested Keystone XL pipeline, saying an environmental review of the project was properly conducted.
