Kodak Can Extend Incentive Plan To 12 Execs Denied Earlier

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 1:28 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge approved Eastman Kodak Co.'s requests Monday to extend a 10-year-old incentive plan to 12 top executives who were cut out following its bankruptcy filing, and to pay one insider a bonus of up to $1.5 million.
