8th Circ. Revives Individual Claims Against Stifel Brokers

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 4:22 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Monday issued a mixed ruling that revived individual claims against Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and two brokers regarding one broker's alleged mismanagement of clients' investment accounts, saying individual claims may not be automatically tossed when class claims are deemed insufficient.
