Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 1:23 PM EDT) -- In November of 2011, news hit that former Penn State University Coach Jerry Sandusky may have molested numerous young boys and used university facilities to do so. The allegations raised many questions about who at Penn State had knowledge and what was done (or not done) to prevent the abuse from happening. In response to this, Penn State hired a law firm to conduct an internal investigation into the matter.
