DOE Contractor Wants Subcontract Row Over Bullying Nixed

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 9:14 PM EDT) -- A contractor with the U.S. Department of Education on Monday asked a Maryland federal judge to toss a claim that it breached a teaming agreement by bullying a subcontractor's employees, arguing that their contract wasn't in effect when the breach was alleged to have occurred.
