NYU Urges NLRB To Keep Precedent On Grad-Student Unions

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 5:49 PM EDT) -- New York University asked the National Labor Relations Board on Monday not to overturn a Bush-era decision finding most graduate students could not unionize, saying the original precedent should be interpreted based on a university's particular circumstances and not broadly reversed as sought by unions.
