NY Solar Cos. Feel The Burn As Subsidy Expansion Is Delayed

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A New York utility's refusal to unilaterally expand a subsidy for solar power generation has left the decision up to state regulators, a bureaucratic delay that is holding up solar installations and could hurt green-energy businesses, lawmakers and industry groups said Tuesday.
